Who you're buying from

Left Field, a small independent maker of audio software. Contact: hello@leftfieldaudio.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds. Stripe handles the payment and may convert to your local currency at checkout — your bank sets that rate, not us.

Delivery

Everything is digital. Your licence code is emailed immediately after payment, usually within a minute, and the download follows from there.

Refunds

Refunds are offered where an instrument is faulty or doesn't work as described. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If something is wrong, email hello@leftfieldaudio.com and we'll put it right or refund you.

Availability

We may change prices, update instruments or stop selling one. Anything you've already bought stays yours, and keeps working, regardless.

Liability

The software is provided as-is. We can't be held responsible for lost work or lost time. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
