What we collect, why, and who else is involved.
what we collect
- Purchases. When you buy, our payment provider Stripe processes the payment and shares with us your name, email and order details. Your card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Plugin activation. To unlock, the plugins send your licence code and a device identifier to our licensing service on leftfieldaudio.com to check it's valid. This isn't used to track what you make.
- Email. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send.
- Website. This site currently runs no analytics and sets no non-essential cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs (e.g. IP address) for security.
how we use it
To take payment, deliver your licence and downloads, provide support, and prevent fraud or licence abuse. We don't sell your data.
who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our host Netlify and email provider Resend, only as needed to run the service.
keeping it
We keep purchase and licence records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting duties, then delete them.
your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email hello@leftfieldaudio.com and we'll respond. If you're in the UK/EU you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
